Today the NHS celebrates its remarkable 75-year journey, and it’s fitting that my first blog post is on celebrating 75 years of the NHS and working on social media content for the Wales TUC. Bevan Day – Tredegar, July 2023
Each year in Tredegar, the home and birthplace of Aneurin Bevan, there is a festival and march to remember Aneurin Bevan and the birth of the NHS. This year, the Wales TUC teamed up with Unite the Union to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the NHS. There was a banner parade starting from Charles Street, Aneurin Bevan’s home, marching through Tredegar and finishing at Bedwellty House for a rally and festival.
Gav’s Design Studio video editing services played a vital role in documenting this key milestone. Still imagery and video footage of the event was sent through to me with a request to make an inspiring video for use on the Wales TUC social media channels to celebrate the 75th anniversary.
